The Fine Print…
- The information contained in each article was (to the best of our knowledge) correct at the time of publishing. Please be aware that some particulars may have changed over time. We have provided a date to show you when the article was written.
- Think Tasmania has made every attempt to report accurate material. We are human however, and may make an innocent mistake now and then. We are always happy to rectify if advised of any errors.
- When we link to external websites, we check at the time of publishing that you are being directed to the website we intend. However, sometimes URL’s are traded or become defunct. We have very little control over this, but again… if we’re advised, we’ll fix any problems.
- The photos we have published have been taken by Think Tasmania, or attributed to the rightful owner. Copyright applies to all images, so please contact us before “borrowing”. We don’t publish images we think may cause any harm or offence. Let us know if you disagree.
- Please be aware that the content on Think Tasmania is purely the personal opinion of the author. There is no premeditated intent to malign any religion, ethnic group, club, organisation, company, individual, animal, vegetable, mineral… or anyone or anything!! As readers, you are more than welcome to form your own opinion.
- We are not acting as an official representative for any agency or organisation. It’s just us!
- We are not responsible (and cannot be held liable for) the comments made by other parties. We like it when people are nice – but some people are prone to sarcasm and ranting. What can you do?
- The reports reflect the author’s personal experiences and travel adventures in Tasmania. People choosing to follow any perceived advice, tips, techniques or recommendations do so at their own discretion and risk. Please check your own facts, make your own decisions and accept the consequences.
- We cannot be held accountable for translation or interpretation of content into languages other than English. We also apologise for any inadvertent misuse or errors concerning grammar and punctuation. Sometimes we might make little mistakes. Sorry! We think it’s annoying, too.
- We instruct guest authors to submit only original material that actually belongs to them, and trust that they do so. While we make every attempt to verify the integrity of these posts, writers are responsible for their own opinions and submissions.
- Photos submitted to Think Tasmania may be pinned to our boards on Pinterest in order to promote articles. Contributors are advised that it is imperative to have the right to use an image, or they may find themselves in legal difficulties.
- Please contact Think Tasmania before using any of the content (all under copyright) from this website. We’re pretty reasonable, and usually only request a credit for the work; but each case is assessed on merit.
